How is your commission calculated?
Our 14% commission is calculated solely on the net income you generate. If your property brings in €2,000 in a month, we charge €280. No revenue = no commission.
Is there a set-up fee?
No, no entry fee. We take care of professional photography and ad creation. You only pay once your property starts generating revenue.
Is cleaning really included?
Yes, totally included in our commission. Our professional cleaning teams intervene between each stay, with hotel-quality linen provided and washed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, our contract is open-ended. You can terminate it with 30 days’ notice. We believe in the quality of our service rather than contractual lock-in.
How can I keep track of my income and expenses?
You have 24/7 access to your online owner space with detailed dashboards: reservations, revenues, expenses, occupancy rates. Everything is transparent and accessible in real time.
What happens in the event of damage?
We manage claims with Airbnb/Booking guarantees (up to €1M). For small repairs, we intervene rapidly with our network of craftsmen, invoiced at actual cost with no margin.
